Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is accepted. We operate on business days—Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time)—excluding Post Office holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Orders received after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the next business day.
Estimate Time of Arrival
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. Please note that while we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery estimates, these time frames are approximate and delays can occur once the product is in transit.
Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
The total delivery time is the sum of our handling time and the carrier’s transit time. Please see our standard options below:

- Fast Delivery
- Handling Time: 1-2 business days
- Transit Time: 10-15 business days

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your order’s progress. If you do not receive the tracking link, please check your spam folder. For personalized or custom orders, additional time may be required to complete the design process based on the complexity of your request.
Order Tracking
After your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link once your package is scanned into the carrier’s system. Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to update tracking information. If your order surpasses the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
It is essential to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or missing information may delay your order as we might need to contact you for updates.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address or for packages returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses due to address errors.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for orders that are returned because of an incorrect address.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it leaves our warehouse.
